Leaving the cap at 106 if the 125% mark has gone up is just wrong. We (or atleast Ken G.)can quickly run the numbers and determine the 125% mark. Sticking to the 106 because it's what you declared before you remembered to park-adjust is just dumb.
Do what we all agreed on and what makes sense: 125% of the league average. Don't arbitrarily dig your heels in on something like this, where you're clearly wrong, just because you said so before you remembered to do it right.
