I have many teams (at one time as many as 10) who were over the cap and I engaged in several months of active trading to try and get as many as possible under the cap. I was attempting to follow the new cap rules in good faith. I think the cap should still be 125%, or the 107 number as provided by Ken. Frankly, I don't understand what the debate is about since this was the number we were working against all along.
