I agree with a post below...that managerless teams should never trade away superstars.
I have seen Delgado traded away for rookie picks and mediocre vets...
Prior traded away from a managerless team...
If I wanted to pick up a managerless team, I'd prefer a team with some superstars to build around, not average vets with a few extra draft picks.
