As far as being a trade good for both, I believe Tim is getting the best of it. Kent is a proven commodity who will help him a lot more now and for the next few years. You're betting on a young arm yet to prove his value. In the long run it could be a good trade for you but Escobar will have to prove himself. You know how that goes with young pitchers.
