I don't think this trade, in any of it's permutations warrants commish veto. I am in favor of a practice of the commish sending trades back he sees lopsided, advising the team he thinks should get more, and then, if returned AS IS, he should approve.
A lot of trades he makes I wouldn't. That doesn't make me right.
