The list is pretty good...but I noticed one new problem this year...
The PB Cap.
This is truly the first year it has had any meaningful impact.
One of my teams has only 1.5 PB points for rookie acquisitions. Can't get too much with that. So, I can draft a better player, then have to plan on cutting a guy I want to keep.
Therefore, I might go early for a low PB value prospect...and pass up on the higher PB rated players.
It should be interesting how it plays out this year.
