I believe this proposed change is a good one. I have been last in my division since week three and and found my self in the bottom half of both drafts so far. While I did get lucky with filling my need in July's draft, it is a fair thing to do for those that are struggling. While I truly enjoy this game, I sometimes wonder if some of the other owners are frustrated to the point of just wanting to quit because their records are so bad, the teams at the top only want to make trades to make themselves better, and they don't get a draft pick slot representative of their record. It ultimately would create a better balance for the league, or at least create some hope for teams that are out of it to get some high picks that could turn into young stars in future years.
