I just saw that the manager who sent that trade had 2 trades approved which involved the players he included in the trade sent to me. I think the PB system kills outstanding trade offers that include players no longer owned by that team.

BTW, those 2 trades were the only trades in my 5 leagues if we're keeping an eye on the success of the new trading period.
