I agree with you that the change after the start of the season is not fair, but clearly we ( It was actually my idea) made a mistake and REAL TIME is a new and yet not completly developped mode of play. Although it is not fair to teams like yours, it is even handed. All teams with good records will be precluded from choosing early in the drafts. The present system of determining the draft order was implemented to foster an entertaining time, while waiting for the order to be announced. It was a mistake and I am sorry I ever came up with the ill-conceived idea of partially randomizing draft order for these drafts.
