Trading is too much hassle to much much effort into -- because of the managers who don't respond. There are very few guys who will even respond to an email or offer. If I am given an offer, I will repond with an accept, counter, or explanation. It takes a lot of time to research find a team where a trade makes sense, then formulate the trade. And then I get no response, or a flat rejection. Fk it; its not worth the effort.

I would love to have a special "committed-only" league: 24-teams deep, with a provision that a manager can be voted out for non-involvement or tanking. I think that we'd have no problem filling it.
