Thanks for your thoughts Fred:

1. Players will be ordered within the four groups by PB value---which in a RT league is not possible to control. If your players get hot, your PB goes up.

2. The order will be announced a week (approx.)before the draft as it is now, and will use PB value before cuts can be made that week.

3. Usage IS displayed in the draft in red print along the first line. The FANT PA or IP are displayed along with the REAL, indicating how much of the player's usage has been used up.
