In the best case scnario if all the planets aligned properly I don't think the games would start before 11 a.m. In fact I think over the course of an entire season they likely start after 11 a.m. more often than they start before 11 a.m.

I predict that there will be rosters to cut which will cause a delay.

I predict that the process won't start right on time which will add to the delay.

I think Mike is on the road and John M. is responsible for cuts. Since John has a full time job it wouldn't surprise me if it takes him several hours to get around to it.

In the past when things were running more smoothly (relative to now) I think we've seen delays on the order of 2-4 hours. I can't believe things will run BETTER than in the past, so I'm projecting an 8-10 hour delay hence I choose option D. I see option C as the best case scenario and it would not surprise me if that is achieved.

Furthermore, I predict that we won't see a message about the delay until at least 2-3 hours after the games are scheduled to start. I predict people will begin complaining on the board 1-2 hours after the games are scheduled to start.
