I think there are some owner/managers who win more often than others because they understand some of the peculiarities of the sim better than most but all in all, the game works out to be pretty accurate over the long haul in my opinion.

I wish a few things were changed to better simulate managing real teams like the whole "Rusty" thing. I think "Rustiness" should be done away with entirely. Real managers try to mix it up with righty and lefty starters whereas in this sim, you are better off starting all righties or all lefties to encourage the other team to start the same lineup each time which relegates some other players to rusty status when they may be brought in late in the series to pinch hit. Just my opinion once again.
