ERA
Is this true? My understanding is the the clutch rating applies specifically to adjust a pitcher's Earned Runs FROM what WHIP would dirive TO the appropriate ERA. In other words, a pitcher with high WHIP/OPS but low ERA will allow many baserunners but few runs -- just like MLB. In other words, the WHIP/OPS is less important and the ERA is everything - just like MLB.
WHIP -> Rating -> Baserunners
ERA  -> Clutch -> Runs
(It all must be mentally ball-park adjusted).
