...that anyone on a roster ( DL or not: See Mauer) is eligible for the Rookie draft. Thr rookie draft will be Accurate/Complete whenever it is. I wish I knew when, because I believe trading is allowed during this time and I'd like to know the depth of the draft before I go either pursuing or selling draft picks.
