I'm playing my first games tomorrow and had a question about player usage.

If I should find myself with a large lead, does it make sense to take out my regulars to preserve their at bats for other games?

My sense is that it would make sense to take out players with limited at bats (like catcher) so I could stretch their at bats in games where I really needed them.
