Madson is a starter and will get the first crack at the Philly rotation very soon.
He is 23 and looks pretty good to me and many other followers of the game.
Both Edgar Martinez and Juam Dominiguez are also the best starter prospects in their respective organizations.

The uunmanaged team got three very good prospects for a 28 year old SS who will or will not be star in MLB. The jury is out but I am happy with the exchange for the UNM team.
