In regards to the suggested changes to the present system, I have a few things. On the questions of fairness and timing, I believe we need to look at the entire picture and overall goal- Will it benefit the good of the "game". I have sympathy for those that have had successive late picks for I am one. But to not see past that is to not see the overall picture. The game will benefit in my opinion with an immediate change. Will it benefit everyone? Probably not. Will the game and the majority benefit? Probably so if the answer is no then why bother to change. As in all aspects of our world, change is usually difficult and does not come without a struggle. But for the good of the"game" institute these changes in timely fashion. Joe Lewandowski
