I have a problem with that idea. If the Twins put Tori Hunter in LF or RF for a game, but he gets no putouts, should he make an error in almost every game he plays in left or right field. The guy is a great fielder and even though he had no chances, he'd be as capable of playing any OF position as well as anyone. So why penalize him if he gets rated in LF or RF. No if say Ben Grieve gets rated in CF, then we all know he'd butcher the position and he deserves the errors. Why then does PB even bother rating someone at a position at all if he has no putouts. Don't do it. Teams that are trying to get the top rookie picks can play these guys rated with no putouts and get two errors a game from them, helping them lose games.
