I have seen this happen before. It seems that if you don't clear your computer's cache it is possible for it to screw up visiting teams lineups by putting players in obviously wrong positions. My question is whether this was a home series or an away series. If the Home team entered such a screwy lineup I would have to think tanking is the issue, if not, it most likely is a glitch.
