I don't think you know what you are talking about. See why
First, we know he told the truth about the number of players on the roster for that series. Just look at the current status of his guys. If Olerud, Giles, etc. had been on the major league roster, than they would be tired, but they aren't. How he ended up with only 17 guys may be up for discussion, but I'd doubt it was intentional.
Second, you want Miller in right, which is a stupid place to play him due to his .6 error rating. If he wanted to tank, Miller in right and Tomko in left would have been the best choice.
3rd, Check the boxscores, Lofton got hurt.
4th, other managers in his league have vouched for Tim.
5th, look at his pitching staff and the results of the games, I could have murderers row and still have lost all 5 games.
6th, that team of his doesn't need to cheat to lose 100 games. He owns many other teams, and has always battled fairly. I wouldn't rush to judgement.
