I'm not in favor of changing the rules in the middle of the season.

Teams both good and bad are going to need to restock to prevent overuse. Continually putting the
better teams at the end of the free agent list insures that at some point in this season they'll be
forced to play poor talent due to overuse issues. Constantly putting better teams at the end
only rewards those who either a) drafted poorly or b) drafted for the future. Neither of
these should be rewarded.

Please keep things as they are.
