Somewhat agree
But.. 
 
Many teams are put together with a good double play combination because of the ground ball pitchers on the team.  A pitcher like Halladay or Hudson, with a bigger ratio, is going to be affected more because they rely on double plays.
I will not agree that it is just dumb luck that in one league I have Hudson, Mulder, and Halladay and their ERAs are 4.30, 6.85, and 8.30, respectively.  I could understand these if they had played games in Coors field, but so far they have played in TB, NYA, and HSN.  Houston is a hitter park, but the other 2 are below average for runs.
Anyway you slice it, this season is greatly affected by this "glitch".  I think it is very unfair to all owners involved.
