Good idea, but uh, speak for yourself on the "fee" part.
There are chat rooms too numberous to count, which are totally free on the internet.
Including valueable browser-independent chat programs such as ICQ and AOL IM.
I think for the money that we pay every month, that they could include a chat program on the website. But I'm not holding my breathe.
