It happens every year. Tanking. More perhaps in RT leagues (I'm not sure I don't play Trad)becvause of the monthly FA draft. The reason? The possiblilty of picking up mid-year the next Prior or Pujols; a player you can build a team around.

How do we stop it? One solution is making rookies not available at the beginning of the year ineligible 'til next years rookie draft.
