That would be great. But a tiny tweak that's uncomplicated would be to just do the monthly drafts less often, say at the 40, 80, and 120 games mark. I'm not sure it's worth tanking an entire season for just three high picks, or that it would bother me if someone wanted to pursue that strategy.
