I just played a series against a team that played Rafeal Furcal as the catcher. He had a bonafide catcher in the minors who has played zero games this year. Not only that , but Mark Prior came in to the first game for a 3.1 inning save and he started the 3rd game and pitched a complete game. Although he was fatigued in the 7th. I crushed him with 5 runs in the 9th to win. Why no relief? This is a trad league and I wonder how this happens. The funny thing is Furcal threw out Alphonso Soriano 3 times in the series.


One glitch in the system ( wondering if anyone would agree with me) why is it so hard for superior teams to beat far weaker teams. One of my teams has the highest PB rating in the league. Ranked 4th in team pitching and 7th in team hitting. PLayed a team with 12th and 20th rankings respectively and I barely won the series. In real baseball the good teams BEAT the lesser teams, handily.
