Solution to tanking for the Real Time draft.
First, I know some teams will still tank. Guess what, so do professional teams.
Take the average of PB value and current standings and rank all 24 teams. Place in sets of 6(or 8). Then have the final position of each team decided by lotto.
At least this way no team can guarentee there exact spot in the draft.
