I agree with removing the PA and IP requirements. I propose to have three drafts per year: the first week of July, the last week of August and then the last week of October (with no rookies available in this draft). The October draft would eliminate any September call-ups so there would still be good rookies available for the following years rookie draft. Drafting in October would still allow teams to fill in eligibility holes.

I would also propose allowing no team to keep more than 3 DNP players on their roster at any time. Any more than 3 DNP players makes it hard to field a competetive roster.

One of the big reasons to play RT is to try and pick up good players (rookies or unknowns) in the FA drafts, we need to find a way to keep the drafts during the year.
