I've been reading the posts about the monthly free agent drafts and the problem of "tanking" for a better position in the draft.

Some have suggested the removal of rookies from the monthly FA drafts. Rarely is there a non-rookie FA worth the effort of "tanking" games. But when a Prior or Pujols comes along .....

A possible solution. If you take a rookie qualifier (150 ab's, 50 innings or 25 games) with a monthly FA draft pick, you lose your first round rookie draft pick for the beginning of the next season.
