I think someone mentioned opening up the minor leagues. If we could draft players before they appeared in the majors, none of the big name rookies would be sitting on the list tempting owners to tank and it would add another dimension to the game.

As for shedding PB, it's not against the rules and makes sense to do. However, I think there should be some roster requirements such as a minimum number of players, pitchers, etc.
