Dave, I had to agree with you. I get that feeling from time to time. Usually I look through the various division and concentrate on teh close races. I then try to determine areas of weaknesses or areas that can be improved because my team may be strong suited there. Then I make an offer that will improve his/her team and help mine as well. Most of the time I don't even get a response but occasionally the "ole pros" will send an email and usually good results come from this dialogue.
