I too am very frustrated and concerned with the MLEES trade between Arizona and Port Orchard (MLESS) in G4. (See my Post in G4) While restricting trades to 10 transactions might be one answer, I would much rather have the Commisioner address this particular trade by cancelling and withdrawing it. As you know Arizona has had several years of questionable trades with a particular Manager who is no longer with us. It is time to take action specific to the problem. Restricting trades to a certain number of transactions effects all of us. In this particular case I believe the problem would be better handled by cancelling and withdrawing the trade that was made. If you agree, you may want to let the Commish know your feelings.
