Never Mind
Hey Guys
The point of posting the message was to get some discussion about what is an exciting playoff race in the real world. The Red Sox had a mathematical chance of catching the Yankees for the AL East. Anaheim, Oakland and Texas were battling for the AL West and/or Wild Card and were playing each other the last week. The Cubs had the lead but have faded badly, with the Giants, Dodgers, Astros, and Padres still battling for the NL West and Wild Card. Like you say, half the slots were filled but half weren't.
Stop being so damn critical and cynical, loosen up and have a baseball discussion. I'm sorry that I brought it up...quess there wasn't any debate to be had over a cliffhanger finish to the regular MLB season!
