I have a long reliever that I contemplate using to start a couple of games in the playoffs. His recovery rating, even with the extra 75% is only 3.5, so it could take him as many as 9 days to get his full BFA back. In such cases will such a player get "Rusty" before earning his full BFA? I realize he could start again prior to having full BFA. When using such pitchers to start in the past, during the regular season, I always farm them out until they are to start again, so I haven't been able to observe the answer to this question. Has anyone scoped this out? Thanks.
