It's been a while since we've heard from Mike regarding future plans. It'd be good to hear what (if anything) is planned for the short term, but in the meantime I thought I'd start a thread discussing possible improvements to PB. Here's some ideas, feel free to comment on them or add your own.

New Forum
The current forum is antiquated and extremely limited. There's no way to confirm who actually posted a message, and searching through messages is tough. The main forum page takes ages to fully load - there's posts there from 1998! There's lots of free forum software out there: phpBB (http://www.phpbb.com/), PunBB (http://www.punbb.org/), miniBB (http://www.minibb.net/), etc. I guess the difficulty depends on how it would link into the rest of the PB site.

More stats
It'd be great to see Home/Road stats, Last 10 games stats, stats vs other teams/divisions.

'Doppleganger' Stats
Every so often, there's a post on the forum where someone is complaining about how their Bonds (or whoever) is hitting poorly. I'd like to see a place where I can compare my Bonds stats against the Bonds' stats in all the other leagues.

Email Notification
How about an email containing the boxscore when games are complete (with the ability to turn it off if the owner doesn't want emails).

Unmanaged play
We have this new Home Team Robot Manager, but I constantly seem to have away games that aren't played until Tuesday morning. If a team hasn't played by Tuesday AM, why not automatically switch the robot manager on for that team so that future games are played early?

Live scoreboard
On the league page, add in linescores for a few of the recently played games, and/or games in progress.

Pricing
A while ago there was a discussion on pricing (discounts for owners of multiple teams). Mike said no action would be taken until the end of the year, but hopefully Mike can let us know what the plan is.
