Anthony in my other post I gave you what worked for me as a temporary solution. If any of this sounds familiar maybe it could be of help. 5 years ago I was having a problem not only submitting games but playing them too. I got error after and not the same ones. My system was also running very slowly and I started getting minor nuisance error's just browsing the web. I brought in a repairman to check my PC and he found a lot of problems. The main one being a problem in my harddrive which forced me to buy a new computer. My suggestion is if your having problems with anything else bring in a repairman because it may be something minor they can fix and if it's not. Right now at least in Boston there are a number great deals on new and used computers, with 5 year payment plans so it doesn't becaome overly costly.
