No luck again this week and I'm frustrated with slow response from Mike and John. My 3 best teams are on the road this weekend but I did have another team at home and again followed Mike's instructions, played the Game and had the same error message come back.

I sent Mike and John a message late Friday night because I need them to re-authorize the game in F18 so that i can try something else (like a different computer). It is 48+ hours later and no response so at best, I will get one crack at a far less convenient time on Monday night to see if installing the game on a differnet computer will work.

Frustrating!!!

If this fails or I run out of time, then next week's final series will be my last chance to fix and hopefully be able to sort my teams out for the playoffs.

Thanks to the many of you that responded. I will review your messages and keep trying. I did do ad-ware...that didn't work either..
