I agree, the PB are lower. The total team PB seems to give a general team strength, but not always predictive of games won. Alot of time, a full-time, league average hitter, has a certian PB value...usually higher if he had alot of PA's, compared to two part-time platoon partners, each playing half as much as the full-timer, but with much better combined stats.
