As well as using the trade forum to describe a team's trading needs and excesses, I wish more people would complete the "Manager's Info" page. At least the team info part. Players willing to trade, needs, and level of trading interest can tell you a lot when trying to make a deal.

Check the manager's info page before submitting an offer. And complete and update your own info page regularly. This will help you make more deals.
