I notice that not any of the playoff winners received a rest day for their pitchers. Is this because the rule must be interpreted that when you play one of these playoff games you are doing it on the rest day and therefore you lose it? Tough but I guess that would happen in the real world. Moral: Stay out of these playoff games, if you can.
