How would I know that the "tired" pitcher gets pulled? I have played in this league for 10+ years and never had this happen in playoffs. It probably did happen in regular season and I was not paying close attention but I played 3 playoff series last night from my office (since my home PC has a problem submitting game results) and when you see Joel Piniero as the opposition starter, I didn't want to take the chance he would show up on the mound.
