Looking at some of the rosters of the playoff teams amazes me. How does one or two teams in some of these leagues have an all star roster?
All the best palyer are on a few teams year after year. I checked out the league history and it is the same teams making the playoffs every year. Yeah a few teams sneek in, but I see maybe half of the playoff teams in there every years with their all star rosters year after year. I for one hate to put more restrictions on trades, but maybe this is the answer. No more trading Rodruiez, Rameriz or Puhlos for prospects or picks. An approved trade for those guys should be only for another top player. Also no more trading star players off the managerless teams. Even if the managerless team is rebuiling and needs picks...the computer will make the pick and that is not always a smart pick. An example is, several years ago the managerless team ahead of me picked Tampa's 3B Smith (who??) with 7th pic in round one. I took Andre Betrie LA 3B with 9th pick.
