I have read the rules regarding Free Agent monthly drafts and I would like something clarified.

Does it matter when you make your cuts to make room for players taken in the draft? (I know it has to be before the draft but does it matter how long before)

I released a player just prior to the draft order anouncement... can I take a player from the draft to fill my roster now?

If your roster has been reduced through odd number trading... can you fill it up again through the monthly draft?

The wording in the manual kind of makes it sound like you have to select players to drop from your roster for each player you take no matter how many players you currently have on hand.

Please clarify for me if you know the answer.
