I too would like to see the robot manager upgraded as I have seen many stupid things that it has done.
APBA computer baseball had or I guess still has a program where you can design a robot manager. If I remember correctly there are a couple of hundred lines of code that have to be considered for each manager and that makes it extremely difficult to design an effective manager. Added to that fact are the feelings of the individual team owner, as what seems like a good or at least fair move to one may seem like a stupid move by someone else.
I am sure that Mike and Dwight will do their best to improve the Robot manager but we should be prepared for it to take some time to get it right or at least satifying to most owners.
