Why are there so many vancancies?

Is it normal in sports hobbies that some managers just cycle out and we are not advertising or recruiting new managers

Should there be an award for winning a league series ( A Cap, small trophy) possibly an entry to an all champions league

I actually found this site by accident years ago and stayed with it

I got 3 friends involved, 1 left because he didnt have enough time to devote to this hobby
(yes I know I need more friends)

Anyway just wondering
