So what does roids give a player, 20-30% improvement. Or is this balanced by a pitcher thats on roids, throwing 94 instead of 88.

I believe that no one told Bonds what was in the lotion and the clear, but I also believe he knew deep down inside what he was using wasn't legal(or is it since baseball has no drug policy).
