Succeeding and enjoying a SIM-ball league requires thick skin at times. Although I understand the feeling of insult, that reaction to a poor offer gets you nowhere in my opinion. The league experience is richer without black lists---just because a manager makes an outrageous offer shouldn't mean that the two teams can't get together on a trade in the future. Sometimes the manager is new to the League, or he has had success in leagues without trade approval and pre-league screening (LLeagues)...

There are some people you will never make a trade with no matter waht---but its always fun trying to make history.
