He will fix it for you. You will probably need to have the game reset. I've had the game crash on me before, usually it's because I'm running other programs at the same time, (Like ICQ or other chat programs). Now, before starting a game, I make sure that nothing else is running except for Netscape and the required Win98 system programs running in the background.
