Even teams who aren't in the playoffs can make moves at this time. I've made two good trades in two different leagues that help get the juices going for next year.
Admittedly, though, a lot of people have more to do and think about this time of year than I do. This is a slower time than some in my job, and my family obligations at the holidays are minimal.
In spite of making two good deals, I didn't get a lot of response from the feelers I posted, so it would be safe to say folks' attention is directed elsewhere.
